1. No Refunds After Purchase

Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all plans, including Basic, Premium, and Expert (Lifetime).

2. Digital Nature of the Service

Our services include digital content, expert insights, and team predictions, which are delivered instantly. Due to the intangible and non-reversible nature of these services, we cannot offer refunds.

3. Commitment to Quality

We strive to provide accurate, data-driven strategies and the best possible insights to maximize your success in fantasy cricket. However, fantasy sports involve skill, research, and luck, and we do not guarantee specific results or winnings.

4. Exceptions (Only for Technical Issues)

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

• A technical issue prevents access to the course for an extended period.

• A duplicate payment has been made mistakenly.
  In such cases, customers must email growsports.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of the issue, along with proof of the transaction.
